Immune Booster Tonic
Dosage: ¼ cup once a day
This tonic is taken daily during the cold and
flu season to build up the immune system. The recipe was given to us
by a woman who runs an elderly care home in Washington. In the years
prior to the tonic, one resident would get sick and, one-by-one, each
resident would also get the flu, causing much pain and distress
throughout the home. Since using the Immune Booster Tonic, none of
them has come down with the flu.
